CineMag, Inc.  respects you, your privacy and your information.  We do not share, sell, or rent any of the information collected to third parties.

Your Proprietary Information
Should you wish to share proprietary information with us, you must identify the nature of the information prior to sharing it with us.  You shall not share that information with us until after we agree to receive it pursuant to signed written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Information Collected on Website
If you request or submit information to us by sending an e-mail or by filling out a “contact” form, we may save your e-mail address as well as any other information you provide.  This information may be used to contact you in the future by mail, e-mail, or telephone to convey information about our products, solutions or services that we feel may benefit you.  Your e-mail and other information will not be sold to or shared with any third party.

If you would like to have your personal information removed from our records, please send an e-mail with “Remove personal information” in the subject line.  If we ask online for any information that could personally identify you, we will provide means for you to have us promptly delete it.  NEVER SEND US CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET VIA AN EMAIL. 

It is important to keep your information current in the data base we maintain on the company computer system, which does not act as our web site server, to help assure good communications between yourself and CineMag.  Your assistance doing this is not required, but is appreciated.
