CineMag’s Authorized Role in Preserving the AM-16

CineMag is the sole authorized manufacturer of replacement Langevin transformers, courtesy of its relationship with Orphan Audio which  is the owner of all of the known existing Langevin transformer engineering documentation and is the owner of Langevin intellectual property.

We are proud that CineMag’s founder, Edward Reichenbach, as well as CineMag president David Geren, had personal and engineering relationships with John Hall who designed the AM16.   Their  relationships date back to the early 1970’s.  John approved CineMag’s reproduction of the AM16 transformers.
